Lively and deep, this wine is the result of long-term work to bring out the full subtlety of the terroir from which it comes.
The choice of blending and ageing on fine lees for 5 months has allowed the wine to express itself fully.
Its pale, slightly salmon colour is reminiscent of the light of Provence.
The wine's search for balance is clearly felt: it is fair and racy.
On the palate, its complexity flatters the palate, combining power and delicacy.
