Our oenologists worked for over 3 years to develop this new range, Nooh by La Coste, a non-alcoholic drink, 100% wine and 0% alcohol.
To give the NOOH by La Coste brand its full flavour, the estate drew on its winemaking expertise.
Made from Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault for Nooh by la Coste Rosé and Sauvignon Blanc for Nooh By La Coste Blanc, these two alcohol-free drinks are available in rosé and rosé sparkling for the rosé, and sparkling for the white.
The Nooh by La Coste range offers unadulterated pleasure with the added bonus of lightness (only between 3.5g and 3.8g residual sugar).
To achieve this result, the alcohol in the wine is extracted by vacuum distillation, i.e. evaporation at 35-40°C maximum, so as not to alter the wine and preserve all its aromas.
This alcohol-free wine captures the distinctive flavors of our Provence wines.
