Our oenologists have been working for three years now on the development of this new product, a 100% organic wine but 0% alcohol drink.
We are proud to present the result of these long years of research with numerous specialists.
To give the NOOH brand its full flavour, the estate has drawn on its winemaking expertise.
Developed from our famous Rosé d'une Nuit organic cuvée, these two new products - sparkling and still rosés (product launch in December) - offer unadulterated pleasure with the added bonus of lightness (just 3.5g of residual sugar).
To achieve this result, the alcohol contained in the wine is extracted by vacuum distillation, i.e. evaporation at a maximum of 35-40°C, so as not to alter the wine and to preserve all its aromas.
This alcohol-free wine captures the distinctive flavours of our Rosé d'une nuit, retaining notes of grapefruit and strawberries and releasing aromas of jasmine and lemon.
A pleasurable product, to be enjoyed without moderation.
