Since 2008, the two above-ground buildings which make up the wine cellar, designed by the French architect Jean Nouvel, have been home to harvested grapes and the ripening and bottling processes.

The white wines of Provence are made from white grapes: clairette, grenache blanc, vermentino, sauvignon blanc and ugni blanc. The Château La Coste wines are blended and bottled on site, at the Domaine located in the heart of Provence at Puy-Sainte-Réparade.
