La Bulle sparkling wine from Domaine Château La Coste has a salmon colour and fine bubbles.
It is a dry rosé sparkling wine from Provence, offering a pleasant attack and a refreshing palate with notes of red fruit and citrus.
La Bulle is an excellent choice to start a meal, as an accompaniment to fish rillettes on toast, for example!
