Tasting

Golden, honeyed color.
Rich, complex nose with hints of toast, greedy with notes of notes of fresh citrus and white fruit.
Lovely volume on the palate, with freshness, balance and very persistent length with a slight salinity on the finish palate.
Nice volume, fat on the palate while retaining the wine's freshness.

Food Pairing

Wood-fired Provencal Bouillabaisse
Crab and pomelo salad
Tajine of scorpion fish with broad beans and potatoes
Pan-fried scallops with honey-candied apples
Bresse poulard with yellow wine and morels
