Lady A 2019

Lively, tender, vibrant, this wine is the culmination of a long-term effort to reveal to its fullest the potential the character and the subtlety of the terroir from which it emerged. The choice of the Grenache - Cinsault blend and the aging on fine lees for 5 months allowed the grapes to express themselves fully, giving a delicate juice to the crunchiness of the fruit. It’s very pale, pink colour is reminiscent of the light of south of France.

The micro climate of Lady A, thanks to its vineyards planted in high altitude and the ocean breeze allows the temperature to be cold at night. The short maceration and slow and long vinification enhance the delicate flavours in the wine and the complex-yet refreshing and light structure.
