The Grand Vin Rosé 2020 from Domaine Château La Coste is a very elegant light rosé wine with a complex and rather expressive nose.
On the palate, this Provence rosé offers a nice acidity.
Saline, it presents notes of small ripe fruits, garrigue, full-bodied. A perfect balance between texture and freshness!
The Grand Vin Rosé is best served with a fillet of golden Saint Pierre sautéed with cauliflower chips and a lemon safan sauce.
