Grand vin Blanc 2020
The Grand Vin Blanc of the Domaine Château La Coste has a golden and honeyed colour, a rich and greedy nose, a little buttery and brioche.
In the mouth, it is a complex white wine, very aromatic and pure at the same time. When tasting this wine, you will feel the delicacy of a delicate preseasoning and a careful vinification. This white wine is floral with well-integrated new wood, ripe fruit and good acidity. As sommelier of Château La Coste, I recommend this white wine for gastronomy where the chardonnay brings all its elegance, with a very good ageing potential which will start to open up after a few years in the cellar.
I invite you to taste it with a whole Blue Lobster roasted with aioli hay and steamed vegetables!
